7 Verses on Jesus as the Light

1. John 1:4–5 — In Him was life, and that life was the light of men, a light the darkness cannot overcome.
   This is the foundation. Jesus isn't just carrying light — He is the source of it. And darkness has never once been able to put it out.

2. Isaiah 9:2 — The people walking in darkness have seen a great light.
   Written hundreds of years before Jesus was born, this promise says light would come to people who couldn't find their own way out. It did.

3. Psalm 27:1 — The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?
   When God is your light, fear loses its grip. You don't need to understand everything ahead of you — you just need to know who's holding the lamp.
